Who we are
Serendiva Isle is a Malaysian brand built around a straightforward idea: spices should taste like where they come from. We source directly from Sri Lanka and bring those spices to home cooks in Malaysia who want something more than a generic shelf product.
Sri Lanka has one of the world’s oldest and most respected spice traditions. The island’s climate, geography, and centuries of cultivation knowledge produce spices with genuine depth and character. We believe that matters — and that it should be available to everyday cooks, not just specialty importers.
Why we started
The reason Serendiva Isle exists is simple: the spices that make Sri Lankan food taste the way it does were hard to find in Malaysia in an honest, straightforward form. What was available was often blended, diluted, or mislabelled.
We started with the spices we knew well — the ones used in Sri Lankan homes for generations. Raw curry powder, Jaffna curry powder, whole black pepper, cloves, and chilli powder. A small range, done properly.

Our connection to Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka — historically known as Ceylon — has been a source of prized spices for traders across Asia, Arabia, and Europe for over two thousand years. Cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, cloves: these were the spices that made the island famous and shaped its history.
That heritage continues in the way spices are grown and processed on the island today. The knowledge is generational. The climate is still the same. We source from that tradition directly, and we are grateful for what it produces.
